A little jam the other night. Didn’t set the camera right, didn’t record all the mics properly, didn’t turn on the power for my outboard gear since I was just practicing - whatever… I‘m super happy with the moment and the progress of making music and handling my arms and legs better and better.

It’s good and healthy to practice. I used to practice a lot and missed it the last years being more involved in playing live, writing music and producing. I think we should all practice something we can’t do yet and get better at it. Makes us and the world better. What do you practice?
